Wikipedia tells you something about “Shekinah Glory” – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shekhinah

It is associated with God’s presence in The Temple and is therefore messianic in its implication.

One can conclude, therefore, that it is a hoax.

PS. The Dr. Owuor stuff gets a surprising amount of hits on this blog.  It’s strange that something so peripheral to my interests is so popular.
